What is Pilot HR?
Pilot HR is an HR system by Tocaan for managing employees, departments, contracts and permissions, and for managing leave from request and approval to the carried-forward balance, with an employee portal showing each employee their balance and requests.
Is the system compliant with Kuwait Labor Law?
Yes. Leave policies are built on Kuwait Labor Law No. 6/2010, such as 30 days of annual leave after nine months of service under Article 70, with rest days and public holidays excluded from the calculation.
How much does Pilot HR cost?
250 KWD for one-time setup and onboarding, then 1 KWD per user per month. Companies with more than 50 employees get special offers.
Does the system support Arabic and English?
Yes. Every screen and every policy is available in Arabic and English, including the leave instructions shown to employees.
Can I add a leave policy specific to my company?
Yes. The policy engine lets you add any policy and configure its balance, accrual, carry forward and eligibility from eight tabs, without code.
Does the system account for public holidays automatically?
Yes. Kuwait’s official, national and religious holidays are recorded with their dates, and the system excludes them, along with weekly rest days, when calculating leave days.
